Package with Care
Ensure all fashion items are unwashed, unworn, and have original tags attached before placing them in their original eco-friendly packaging.
Ship Your Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use a QR code at your local drop-off point to send the parcel back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
